Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using recipes for residents.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars and meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Prepare and stock snacks for resident areas.
• Utilize technology for a great dining experience.
