Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Cook to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents in our care facility. You will follow standardized recipes, manage food safety temperatures, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include recording production quantities, stocking and rotating inventory, and supporting dishwashing and dining service. You will lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements.
• Strong organizational and sanitation skills.
• Team player with flexibility to support dining services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
