Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Record food production and safety temperatures.
• Manage food stock, rotation, and storage according to safety regulations.
• Keep kitchen, storage, and equipment areas clean and organized.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Support dishwashing and dining services as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
