Inglis is seeking a Resident Daily Living Assistant at our Philadelphia location to support residents during meals and help promote a homelike environment. You will collaborate with dietitians, nursing staff, and other professionals to ensure meals meet individual diet levels and preferences, while maintaining safety and compassionate care.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks and required trainings.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to work in a team.
• Able to follow directions and comply with policies, safety procedures and care plans.
• Meets physical requirements; available during designated mealtimes.

Mansioni

• Assists with passing and setting up meal trays for residents.
• Inspects trays to ensure dietary requirements and preferences are followed.
• Ensures residents are positioned safely during feeding and assists with adaptive equipment.
• Cues swallowing precautions and monitors for signs of difficulty; reports concerns.
• Supervises residents during mealtime and documents intake; responds to call bells and notifies nursing as needed.
• Transports residents to solariums, appointments, or activities; maintains safety.
• Maintains cleanliness; adheres to infection control policies and participates in training.
