You will assist with meal prep, serving, and cleaning, ensuring safety, texture-modified diets, and timely tray delivery to residents according to a daily schedule. This entry-level role offers training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and serving of meals and snacks.
• Deliver trays to residents’ rooms or dining areas according to schedule.
• Ensure meal accuracy, including texture modifications and special diets.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen equipment, and food prep areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items using approved sanitation methods.
• Replenish supplies in service areas and maintain proper food storage.
• Follow all infection control and food safety standards.
• Provide respectful and dignified service to all residents.
• Work shift will be from 6:30 - 2:30. Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
