Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility.

You will assess needs, create and document care plans, and provide education to residents, families, and staff, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, state license, and adherence to vaccination policies.

Qualifications

• RD registered and licensed in state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey processes (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Vaccination policy compliance may be required.
• Driver's license for multi-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs and document care plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, evaluate care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
