Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College coursework in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Monitors and responds to emergencies and security procedures.
• Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
• Operate and monitor electronic security control systems.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Control access to the building and maintain daily logs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete required forms and duties as assigned by the property manager.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet project requirements.
• May be assigned additional duties by the on-site property manager.
