• Strong communication and professional presentation.

• Willingness to work weekends/holidays; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally at property entrances.
• Maintain front entrance cleanliness and presentation to luxury standards.
• Assist with package delivery, luggage, and operational transport requests.
• Support deliveries, amenity setups, and resident requests across departments.
• Assist with events, wellness activations, and property programming logistics.
• Coordinate with concierge, valet, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to leadership as needed.
