Nautilus 220, a luxury waterfront condominium community in Lake Park, FL, seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds and presentation in alignment with our hospitality-driven standards. The role supports daily upkeep of outdoor spaces, walkways, and common areas to reflect luxury living.

Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for a polished, welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will perform basic landscaping tasks, assist with irrigation, and coordinate with vendors

Qualifications

• 1+ years of groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping tools safely.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds, walkways, and landscaped areas.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards in outdoor presentation.
• Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks and irrigation monitoring.
• Maintain outdoor amenity areas and pool decks.
• Conduct routine inspections and report safety or maintenance needs.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations staff.
• Assist with storm prep and recovery as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain resident-friendly environments.
