Qualifications

• 1+ years in housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or luxury residential cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of common areas and amenities.
• Present luxury standards through cleaning, organization, and upkeep of spaces.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with safety, inventory, and coordination with other departments.
