Seaton Senior Living in York, PA seeks a Lead Concierge to warmly welcome guests, residents, and staff, and to manage calls, messages, and general information requests. The role emphasizes front-desk hospitality and efficient communication within a senior living community.

Responsibilities include answering phones, taking messages, greeting residents, preparing brochures, coordinating appointments, and maintaining lists and logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and reception duties.
• Takes complete messages and relays to recipients.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and provides directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register, and logs as needed.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and department coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for credits.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
