Atria Senior Living is seeking a courteous and organized receptionist/administrative support staff member at one of our Illinois communities. You will answer calls, greet visitors, share community information, and coordinate reservations and scheduling to keep operations smooth.

You'll handle mail, deliveries, and basic office duties while providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, and staff. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Prior related experience and basic First Aid/CPR where required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a cheerful, marketing oriented way and direct to the right staff.
• Greet on-site visitors and provide directions and information about the community.
• Coordinate guestroom reservations and maintain appointment calendars.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies; support standard clerical tasks.
• Assist with routine billing information and basic resident-related inquiries.
