Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and route messages or provide accurate information.
• Maintain the front desk area in a neat, organized, and welcoming condition.
• Assist residents with scheduling, reminders, packages, and other non-clinical tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary services for timely requests and ensure confidentiality.
