What we are looking for:

• Must Have Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Must Have Excellent Organizational and Telephone Skills
• Demonstrates The Ability to Communicate and Work Effectively with Others
• Demonstrates Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Basic Word, Excel and Internet Skills
• Capable of Reading, Interpreting and Writing English
• Positive Attitude Towards the Elderly
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

Education/Experience:

• High School Graduate
• At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
