Job summary

Avante at Ocala is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.

Part-time shifts are available with shift differential offered. Avante emphasizes a supportive work environment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth while paying on a daily pay model to provide immediate access to earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or training to satisfactorily complete the requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED equivalent or otherwise show the ability to read and write and follow oral commands in English.
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course.
• Positive attitude toward elderly.
• Must be eligible for clearance through abuse registry and Department of Law enforcement.
