Avante Group, Inc. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The Resident Concierge will assist residents with daily care, communicate with families and staff, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment on the unit.

Schedule is Tue-Sat from 11am to 7pm, with Daily Pay options for immediate access to earnings; join a team dedicated to compassionate elder care and opportunities for growth within Avante’s facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service environment.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

What we are looking for:

• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work effectively with others
• Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attend appropriate education seminars (in-house and outside facility) on a regular basis
• Knowledge of Microsoft basic word, excel and internet skills
• Capable of reading, interpreting and writing English
• Positive attitude towards the elderly
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
• Must be team player

Education/Experience:

• High School Graduate
• At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
