The Standard at Leander Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our community in Leander, TX. You will lead leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to ensure financial goals and a positive living experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting common areas, marketing market-positioned pricing, approving leases, and guiding on-site personnel.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate independently.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect common areas daily to ensure peak readiness and address any issues.
• Walk the property daily to check cleanliness, safety, and exterior conditions.
• Maintain market information and develop pricing/marketing strategies.
• Ensure market-ready units are available and in good condition.
• Approve lease paperwork, conduct move-ins/outs, and assist as Leasing Consultant when needed.
• Collect, record, and deposit property income accurately and promptly.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; document performance and maintain personnel files.
• Approve invoices and oversee accounts payable activities.
