The Standard at Leander Apartments in Leander, TX is seeking an experienced and energetic Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the community, including leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.

The ideal candidate will lead with a customer-first mindset, ensure market-ready units, manage income and expenses, and foster a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily to ensure peak readiness and address issues.
• Walk property daily to assess cleanliness, safety, and condition of buildings and amenities.
• Monitor market data and pricing; develop marketing and advertising to maximize market position.
• Ensure market-ready units and maintain supply of available units.
• Approve lease paperwork and coordinate move-ins/outs; perform leasing duties when needed.
• Collect and deposit property income accurately and timely.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff; manage performance and records.
• Approve invoices and supervise accounts payable at site.
