You will oversee a food service team, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage records of expenditures, inventory, and staff performance.

The role requires CDM certification or a nutrition/dietetics degree, plus supervision experience. Strong communication and a commitment to a sanitary, patient-focused environment are essential.

Qualifications

• CDM certification is required.
• Nutrition or Dietetics degree or higher required.
• Associate’s degree in food service management is strongly considered.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Must obtain FPM within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers and administrators to staff.
• Ensure safety and sanitation, report equipment needs or malfunctions.
