The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant food-service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. COVID-19 vaccination policies must be followed, and residency within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state/county law.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions is essential.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
