Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term-care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrators License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner to enable efficient use of resources.
• Maintain rights of residents as set forth by health laws and regulations.
• Oversee all residents’ care to ensure appropriate nursing and medical services.
• Manage day-to-day operations to align with long-term goals and mission.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to follow residents’ care plans.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff at all levels; enforce policies.
• Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform marketing efforts to maintain resident census.
