Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Current State nursing home administrator license.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term-care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility’s operations to ensure quality patient care and efficient use of resources.
• Manage day-to-day operations and lead department heads to foster collaboration.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete necessary licensing and certifications.
• Develop and manage budgets, oversee billing and billing practices, and set fees.
• Act as a liaison with residents, families, staff, and the governing board while representing the facility publicly.
