Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management with tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive resident relations and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs; conduct inspections.
• Oversee leasing activities, screen applicants, conduct tours, maintain occupancy.
• Manage budgets, collect rent, and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site staff; maintain team morale.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and coordinate responses.
