• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct resident-centered activities.
• Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations and professional standards.
• Provide effective communication between employees, residents, families, and agencies.
• Participate in surveys and quality improvement activities.
• Develop monthly activity schedules and coordinate resident outings or transportation.
• Assist in discharge planning and activity care plans.
