Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists PRN to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide individualized physical therapy services to improve residents' mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence without travel.

You will work onsite at our continuing care community, collaborate with physicians and caregivers, document care accurately, and support a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience treating older adults.
• Ability to meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT screenings, evaluations, and treatments across care levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in compliance with regulations.
• Educate residents and staff on therapy goals and interventions.
• Support a safe, resident-focused environment.
