Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist specialized in Home Care to join our Certified Home Health team. On our campus, no travel, with a focus on holistic, person-centered care for residents.

Requires Maryland PT license, Medicare/state compliance, and Home Care experience; sign-on bonus $5,000 is available for eligible candidates. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (e.g., OASIS).
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, resident-centered care across physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines while fostering belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
