Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team delivering resident-centered care in a collaborative environment. You will perform screenings, evaluations and treatments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians, residents, families and the interdisciplinary team.

Onsite facilities support comprehensive care and we provide strong clinical and education resources.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Experience with documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Previous Physical Therapy experience required.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy screenings, evaluations, and treatments across multiple levels of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' function and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing in compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and interventions.
• Support a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment.
