Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team delivering resident-centered care on campus. You will perform screenings, evaluations and treatments, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians and staff, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy screenings, evaluations, and treatments across multiple levels of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' function and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
