Job summary

Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in Pittsboro, NC is seeking an Administrator to lead the community's operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards, and drive quality care for residents.

The Administrator will plan, organize and direct resources, mentor staff, and align daily activities with the facility's business objectives while maintaining a resident-centered home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
