Job summary

Wadesboro Health & Rehab Center in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and manage the community, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance with federal, state and local standards. The Administrator will guide operations, develop resources, and drive the community’s business objectives, with strong regional support and a culture of impact.

Must hold LNHA license, know state guidelines, have 1+ year supervisory experience, and possess solid computer skills.

Qualifications

Must hold LNHA license in good standing in the operating state.
Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations applicable to nursing facilities.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
Intermediate computer skills and ability to use various software programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct and manage overall community operations to ensure high quality care.
Organize, develop and direct resources to meet community objectives.
Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
