Saber Health Group is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator for Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center. You will lead the facility, align operations with policies and federal/state guidelines, and direct resources to ensure high-quality resident care at all times.

The Administrator will drive business objectives, collaborate with leadership, and support staff to create a home-like, resident-centered environment. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing home administration.
• Intermediate computer skills across various software programs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
