Job summary

Saber seeks an Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility with a resident-centered, home-like environment in Salisbury, NC. You will direct operations, support a strong leadership team, and drive quality care for residents Ialongside fiscal objectives.

The role requires an active Nursing Home Administrator license, knowledge of state rules, and prior supervisory experience, with a focus on staff development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing in the operating state.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
