Job summary

Saber Health Group in Pittsboro, NC seeks a dedicated Administrator to lead the community's operations, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance with all standards. This role directs resources to maintain high-quality care and achieves the facility's business objectives.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor staff, and partner with regional leadership to sustain an exceptional workplace culture and strong resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with license in good standing in the operating state.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations where practicing.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
• Intermediate computer skills to navigate multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage overall community operations per policies and regs.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain quality resident care.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
