• Experience preparing meals for large groups and reading recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals for assigned shifts in appropriate portions.
• Maintains sanitation standards and cleans work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Rotates inventories by date to ensure freshness and notifies director when supplies are needed.
• Stores food and checks deliveries in the absence of the Food Service Director.
• Encourages feedback from residents, guests, and staff to improve food quality and service.
• Supports other departments to improve resident satisfaction.
• Communicates effectively with all parties involved in resident services.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
