Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals for assigned shifts in appropriate portions.
• Maintains sanitation standards required by licenses and regulations.
• Rotates inventories by dates and ensures freshness.
• Stores food and checks supplies when the Food Service Director is absent.
• Encourages feedback to improve food quality and service.
• Supports other departments to improve resident satisfaction.
• Provides good communication to all involved in providing services to residents, guests, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
