Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary interiors including residents' apartments, with a courteous approach. You will provide general housekeeping for the community, assist with food service duties as needed, and follow sanitation procedures to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Community interior and residents' apartments in a clean, sanitary condition and in a courteous manner.
• Provide general housekeeping for the Community and resident apartments (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning main entry, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios).
• Launder linens; follow sanitation procedures; assist with deep cleaning as needed.
• Greet residents/guests, serve beverages or meals from cart, take orders, and reset tables following safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as needed or assigned.
