Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process within four months.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Annual continuing education: at least 12 hours per year.
• State registry or UAP certification as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Record vital signs and document care outcomes.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Support wellness and recreational programs; participate in committees if needed.
