Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care settings. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, transfers, and mobility, while supporting infection control and safety policies.

Eligible candidates may have travel to multiple locations within a 75-mile radius. Required CNA certification (or in-process) with a GED/HS diploma, minimum age 18, and prior long-term care exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• CNA certification required or in process within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and range of motion.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes; communicate changes to the nurse.
• Assist with meals, dining, and hydration; support wellness activities.
