Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility and feeding. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with CNA certification.

Prior long-term care experience is welcome. You will follow infection prevention policies and participate as a member of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification required/within 4 months of start date.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies and maintain care plans.
