You will document care, assist with meals, support therapies under licensed staff guidance, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in at least one listed state.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Experience delivering direct resident care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort.
• Report observations to nursing staff and update care plans.
• Support with mealtimes and feeding as needed.
• Maintain residents' dignity and independence where possible.
• Document care provided in clinical records and ensure accuracy.
• Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families.
• Support resident involvement in daily activity decisions.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under licensed staff guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly care environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident life quality.
