Westminster Village Inc in Bloomington, IL is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Assisted Living team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will provide and supervise nursing care, respond to medical needs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The role offers competitive wages: RN $40–$45/hour, LPN $30.91–$32.91/hour, full-time schedule with every other weekend and some holidays, plus a strong benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, tuition

Qualificações

• Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Assisted Living with 24-hour resident safety and care.
• Provide direct patient care per physician orders and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Follow individualized care plans within Assisted Living guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families and staff.
• Promote infection control and confidentiality in all communications.
• Support with staffing and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Attend educational meetings and comply with policies.
