Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) in Bloomington, IL for a full-time professional role working 30 to 40 hours weekly. The position offers a wage of $32.00 to $38.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to lead nursing procedures and care planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience of one year or more in care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice as allowed by state law and in compliance with Villas of Holly Brook.
• Lead the medication administration process by transcribing orders, correctly ordering medication and completing reminders.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance while on duty within the community.
• Participate in resident and family care conferences and maintain HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Review resident records regularly ensuring documentation reflects healthcare issues, interventions and outcomes.
