Job summary

Alto Wheaton, a premier Allegro Living community in Wheaton, IL, is seeking a PRN Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) for weekend shifts. This role offers weekend-only scheduling with $36.00–$38.00 per hour for qualified nurses ready to provide high-quality resident care.

As the on-site Wellness Nurse, you will supervise care delivery, administer medications per physician orders, monitor resident health, and support non-licensed staff while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Illinois.
• At least 1 year of senior living experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, resident-centered approach.
• Dependable and available for consistent weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support non-licensed care associates on your shift.
• Be the calm, capable clinical presence residents count on every weekend.
