Job summary

Westminster Village Inc. is seeking an LPN for full-time positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts, working every other weekend and some holidays. This union-eligible role offers a wage scale of $30.91–$32.91 per hour with competitive shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program in good standing.
• Current, unencumbered Illinois LPN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in geriatrics, rehab, or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Administer medications and wound care as prescribed.
• Assist with admissions and care planning.
• Monitor residents' condition and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure infection control and patient confidentiality.
