Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in social services or related field; 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, well-organized and able to update resident case files timely.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resident life cycle from enrollment through progression or exit with ministry support and case management.
• Meet with residents weekly to develop, monitor and update service plans and goals.
• Connect residents to counseling, education, workforce development, medical care, and essential services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CaseWorthy and communicate updates to the manager.
