Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant to support daily living activities for residents under nurse supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate care, respectful communication, and assisting with daily tasks to maintain independence and comfort.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, dining assistance, and charting, with collaboration across the care team to deliver The Waters Way.

Qualifications

• Nursing/RA experience in senior services preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and follow English directions.
• Compassion for hospitality and service in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring.
• Assists residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to changes in health status and communicates with the care plan.
• Completes daily charting.
• Collaborates with team to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
