Job summary

The Waters in Minnesota is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities under a Nurse supervision. You will deliver compassionate care, assist with meals, and perform homemaking tasks while maintaining respectful communication and documentation.

Qualifications include a high-school diploma (or equivalent) and English proficiency; prior resident care experience is preferred. The role is on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year nursing/resident assistant care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Assist residents in dining and meal planning.
• Perform homemaking tasks for residents.
• Report changes in health status and update care plans.
• Complete daily charting and collaborate with the team.
