Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is hiring Resident Assistants (RA) to support residents with daily living activities under nurse supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, customer-focused care and teamwork within a senior living community.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking ability is required.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and transferring.
• Assists residents in dining and performs homemaking tasks.
• Responds to changes in health status and updates care plans as needed.
• Completes thorough daily charting and reports to the nurse.
• Collaborates with team to deliver The Waters Way and performs other duties as assigned.
