Job Description:
Arden Courts Bath (located in Akron) is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with a $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as per the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
