Job summary

Cambridgepac is seeking a registered nurse to supervise delivery of care on the assigned unit, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs and other staff. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and ensure documentation accuracy for billing.

You will lead daily rounds to monitor residents' status, respond to changes, and uphold Residents' Rights and facility policies. A current RN license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in current state.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to Residents’ Rights and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff on the unit.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Complete admission and discharge assessments and documentation.
• Ensure accurate charting for billing and regulatory purposes.
• Attend rounds and collaborate with therapy and nursing leadership.
• Monitor resident status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
